How we spend your money
International Annual Report and Financial Statements
What results have we achieved thanks to your support? Where have our teams operated? How do we fund our humanitarian projects?
Each year, Médecins Sans Frontières publishes its international annual report, providing an overview of all activities carried out by its various sections around the world. We also publish the detailed financial statements for MSF Belgium.
In 2025, humanitarian needs continued to worsen globally. War, violence, epidemics, and limited access to medical care plunged millions of people into situations of vulnerability. At the same time, humanitarian organizations faced increasing pressure due to budget cuts in humanitarian aid.
Despite these challenges, Médecins Sans Frontières teams continued to provide medical care to people in need across 72 countries.
In 2025, Médecins Sans Frontières’ revenue amounted to more than €2.6 billion, an increase of €248 million compared to 2024—a rise of 10%.
